Positions Purpose:
1. In charge of processing background screening application searches and reports.
2. Responsibilities include adhering to rules so that background request responses are delivered quickly and accurately.
3. Information searches and retrieval from answers, court documents, and other criminal documents.
4. Check that all searches are conducted accurately and that all findings are entered or reported in accordance with federal and state rules.
Job Requirements:
1. Must have Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking; able to compose clearly and informatively.
2. Candidate must know the rules regulating the security and privacy of data from criminal history records
3. Should have the ability to type accurately at 45 wpm or above.
4. Should possess the capacity to generate work of the highest caliber.
5. Must have the capability to accurately calculate, preserve, and compile complicated records while ensuring confidentiality
6. Should Have Background check, pre-employment, and/or court terminology processing experience of at least one year
7. Must-Have Prior knowledge of operating in a remote setting.
8. Must have prior experience in the operation of Criminal Records Checks management
Job Duties:
1. Supervises the organization, indexing, storage, and classification of documents.
2.Organizes, creates, and implements a standard file system, as well as retention and clearance schedules.
3. Carries out research to gather survey data and background checks/ Criminal Records Checks searches
4. Answer the phone in a professional, polite, and clear manner and route calls to the right person to speed up the response.
Working Environment:
1. Work Days: Saturday To Thursday
2. Work Timing: 9 am To 6 pm (Lunch Hour Included)
