This Virtual Business Address Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the [Date] by and between [Landlord Name], with an address of [Landlord Address] (the “Landlord”), and [Tenant Name], with an address of [Tenant Address] (the “Tenant”).
WHEREAS, the Landlord is the owner of the property located at [Property Address] (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Tenant desires to rent a virtual business address at the Property;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of [Term Length] (the “Term”). The Term may be renewed upon the mutual written agreement of the parties.
2. Rent
The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord a monthly rent of [Monthly Rent] (the “Rent”) for the virtual business address. The Rent shall be payable in advance on the first day of each month.
3. Services
The Landlord shall provide the Tenant with the following services:
- A business address at the Property
- Mail forwarding services
- Local phone number with call forwarding
- Access to a meeting room by appointment
4. Use of Premises
The Tenant shall not use the Property for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that would cause damage to the Property or disturb the other tenants.
5. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon [Notice Period] written notice to the other party.
6. Default
If the Tenant fails to pay the Rent or otherwise breaches any of the terms of this Agreement, the Landlord may terminate this Agreement and pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
10. Notices

11. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
