The screener is in charge of vetting job candidates and offering screening solutions to customers. This person will offer a range of screening services, including background checks, interviews, and drug tests.
All applicants will undergo pre-screening evaluations by the person in this position, ensuring that the best applicant is chosen among those who satisfy our requirements.
Detailed job duties include:
1. Check applicants for suspects and criminal records.
2. Conduct background checks on all applicants, including a check for criminal history, a drug test or application, or any other relevant medical records mandated by the state of employment.
3. Screening must be done in conformity with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations, including those relating to drug testing and registration requirements.
4. By using relevant documentation, such as time-of-incident records, provide information regarding suspected crimes against people who have committed crimes during the last three years.
1. Ability to pass the background investigation
2. Must have a current driver’s license and a spotless driving record with a maximum of two moving tickets in the last three years.
